Q: What file types shoul I upload?

A: We recommend you provide .jpg, .png, .psd, .tif or .pdf files for output.

Q: What is the maximum file size I can upload?

A: There are no size limitations however your upload will take more time as your file size grows. We recommend you to upload files less than 100 mb. If your file size is bigger than 100 mb, you can convert your file to maximum quality JPG image and upload.

Q: How can I be sure that my file quality is high enough to print a poster?

A: After you upload your files, our software will check your files' quality and let you know.

Q: Can I crop the images I upload?

A: Yes, our software gives you the option to crop your images as you like.

Q: Can I upload multiple files at once?

A: Yes, you can upload many files as you like and our software will guide you to customize your files one by one.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: If you order your prints before 2 pm EST, your files will be printed and shipped in the same day. This is for rolled prints only. Framed or mounted prints may take longer to ship out.

Q: How can I receive invoices of my payments?

A: You can login to your account and follow "My Account" link to print your invoices online. We do not send invoices with your prints in case you might want your prints delivered as a gift.

Q: How can I make payments?

A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you want to pay by check or in cash, we will ship your orders after we receive and clear your payment.

Q: What sizes can I have my prints?

A: The maximum printable width for is 41 inches. You can keep your print length as long as you want.

Q: Do you offer framing?

A: Yes, we offer framing for certain sizes. Please see our framed prints page for details.

Q: How long can I keep my uploaded files in my account?

A: Your uploaded files be kept in your account for 2 months. Files older than 2 months will be deleted automatically.
